The finance workflows are where the product is most specific. The payroll planner pulls your QuickBooks cash position against incoming PayPal settlements, builds a 30-day forecast, ranks overdue items, and queues reminders — all submitted to you for approval before anything moves. The month-end close workflow reconciles your books against settlements, flags discrepancies, writes a plain-English profit and loss summary, and produces a close packet you can forward directly to your accountant. Other finance workflows cover invoice chasing, margin analysis, and tax-season prep.

On the sales side, the lead triager reads your HubSpot pipeline, scores and ranks incoming leads against your criteria, and drafts the first outreach. The content strategist pulls from your Canva brand kit and proposes a content calendar with ready-to-edit visuals.

HR workflows include an onboarding packet builder and a hiring assistant. Customer service workflows cover sentiment analysis across inbound messages and automated reply drafts.

The 8 integrations

The plugin connects to eight platforms at launch: Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack. You authorise each connection from the plugin settings screen. Claude reads from and writes to these tools inside the workflow — it does not require you to copy data manually between systems.

You can also invoke any skill directly without running a full workflow. Ask Claude to run a contract review on a DocuSign document you have open, for example, and the skill activates on its own.

Approval is always required

Every workflow is owner-initiated and approval-based. Claude proposes, drafts, and queues. You approve before anything goes out. The payroll reminders do not send until you tap approve. The month-end close packet does not go to your accountant until you confirm it. This design choice keeps automation practical without adding risk.

Pricing

Claude for Small Business requires an active Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise). The plugin itself costs nothing extra. You enable it from the plugins section in your Claude settings, authorise the connectors you want, and the workflows are immediately available.
