Anthropic launches Reflect: a dashboard that shows how (and how much) you use Claude

Anthropic has released Reflect, a personal dashboard that shows how much time you spend with Claude and what kinds of questions you ask. Claude automatically groups your conversations into topics, and you can set quiet hours or break reminders. Reflect is available on every plan, from Free to the most expensive subscription, and lives in Claude's settings.

Anthropic has launched Reflect, a new dashboard that gives you insight into your own Claude usage. It shows how much time you spend with Claude and what you actually use it for. Claude interprets the subject of your conversations itself and automatically sorts them into categories such as 'strategic documents' or 'recipe inspiration'—so you see at a glance where your AI time goes.

More than statistics: usage controls. Reflect is not just a mirror, it's also a steering wheel. You can configure specific hours of the day during which Claude cannot be used, or have Claude notify you after a set amount of time that it might be a good moment to take a break. Anthropic's framing: you decide what role the AI assistant plays in your life, rather than the other way around.

Privacy boundaries are built in. Reflect does not surface sensitive emails, and conversations you had in incognito mode are left out of the topic overview entirely. The dashboard is about giving you insight into your own patterns—not about exposing the content of everything you've ever asked.

Available to everyone. Reflect is rolling out to all users and customers, from the free plan up to the most expensive subscription. You'll find it in Claude's settings.

Why this matters for professional users: if you work with Claude daily—in Cowork, Claude Code, or the chat apps—Reflect finally gives you a factual answer to the question 'what do I actually use this for?'. The automatic topic categories make it easy to spot which parts of your work have quietly become AI-assisted, which is useful input for deciding where skills, projects, or better prompts would pay off most. And note what Reflect is not: it's a personal dashboard about your own usage, not an admin or team-reporting tool.
